Position description:

• You will be working on enterprise-level database and data warehouse projects. Your responsibilities will include database analysis, database and ETL programming (BTEQ scripts creation), interfaces development, DB or ETL performance tuning and unit testing.
• The job will offer you opportunities to participate in international projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe (job locations Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Romania and similar).

Requirements:

For your work you will need:
• Hands-on experience in database and/or ETL development (good knowledge of Teradata DB) – at least 2 years
• Hands-on experience with BTEQ scripts creation
• Hands-on experience with SQL language
• UNIX shell scripting is a plus
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence architectures, concepts, best practices
• Knowledge of banking, finance or insurance is a plus
• Very good English language skills (knowledge of a CEE language is an add-on (not obligatory))
